Project Description

The Brownstones on Grand was a complicated project in downtown Des Moines. The challenge lied in the fact that it was a re-development project where the streets already existed on all four sides of the allocated space. The design team at Pelds was able to design the project to be accessible from all four streets and crossroads. Each home had a unique design for the number of steps into the unit, and a coordinate that drove into the rear of the property to allow access to garage stalls.
