Project Description

Bennett Bay was a project originally slated to be only 36 lots, with an awkwardly located detention basin. Pelds was able to help the client get a revised subdivision approved with private streets, 49 lots, and a centrally located detention basin. Because of this added spectrum of projects, there was a higher return of investment for the project developers.
