Project Description

The Bondurant Industrial Park is a project that Pelds Design Services designed for the Premier Companies land development division. The site is 21.54 acres along highway 65 in Bondurant, Iowa which we split into 11 lots ranging in size from 1 acre to 4.5 acres. The design of the project included a street system throughout and a regional storm water management system. This allows each site to manage their storm water in a regional basin rather than requiring storm water management on each site. This development is zoned M2 which allows for medium industrial projects and outdoor storage.

As a part of the project, the Pelds team worked with the Iowa Department of Transportation and their engineering firm to create a turning lane off of highway 65. The addition of this turn lane greatly improves to the site. Since completion of construction of the development, Pelds Design Services has designed several light industrial flex buildings for various clients within the development.
